Divine Symbols & Sigils
The color purple is often time attributed to Illendíl because of the lightning bolts he is proclaimed to have smitten with. This is another reason why the metropolis of Illendíl is represented with the color purple.
Those devoted to Illendíl often wear an amulet with a sigil of a ball of lightning in the center.

Tenets of Faith
Followers of Illendíl often live by the belief that we are nature and our treatment of it must be equal- if not greater- than our own.
Prayer:
"Elloría below me and in my bones,Sky above me and in my breath,Seas around me and in my blood,by the Power of these holy Three,I proclaim this to be sacred time and space."
Proverb:
"We tend to the garden that provides for the harvest towards our own salvation.
If contaminated, our soil shall only sprout the seeds of our damnation."
Greeting:
"Blessings bestowed (upon you)."
Farewell:
"Step softly (and respect their works)."
Divine Goals & Aspirations
There is an inseparable connection between Illendíl and nature/life. He seeks to ensure the realm remains in balance and that no outside force from any where- or any realm- stops that. Illúmineth created Kova as an extension of Illendíl and Himself. Much like how Korr corrupted Vúrol, Illendíl has greatly influenced Kova- fortunately for the good of the realm.

Morality & Philosophy
Being the first Lúminai, Illendíl was anointed with great responsibility amongst the creation of the realm. He takes this duty with the utmost care and still influences Elloría in a variety of ways. It is said that when Korr and Vúrol tried to shroud Elloría in darkness during the Abyssal War, he intervened by smiting those who were corrupted by Korr.
