Mülittle (Myool·little)
Müllittle (Myool·little) is the only remaining absolute monarchies in Elloría.
Demographics
Since their heritage and lineage stretches far back, Müllittle's population consists primarily of proud humans.
Government
Mülittle is home to the last true monarchy in Elloría. With the formation of the Ellorían Senate and the slow transition to more republic based governments. There are still kings throughout, but Mülittle has continued to keep their monarchy totalitarian in control. It is now, and has been, the last kingdom ruled entirely by a king for quite some time. They have refused to succumb to the pressure from the other great kingdoms in the realm, despite the change of times and culture. 
In recent years, because of pressure from other kingdoms in the realm, the crown has instilled government officials referred to as The Listeners. These keen minded individuals are available to document verbal contracts in the town which they then transcribe in their library into “The Agreement” which forms the towns laws. This has been a way for the ruling party to come across as involving the commonfolk, but it has only been another way to oppress their voices.
Defences
The town is protected by tall walls and guards. Under constant surveillance, there are hardly any major crimes happening.

The Black Sage is assigned to Mülittle; the current sage is Klaus Vogelstein.
