Seren Realm

The Seren Realm, commonly referred to as simply the Realm, is a political union of three member states: the Seren Kingdom, the Glorious City of Austra-El, and Mesalan. The Realm's leader is the Emperor, who acts as head of state for the Realm, while each member nation retains political autonomy within its territory. The Emperor is advised by the Seren Triumvirate, composed of the rulers of each member nation.
The Realm was established after the Origin Age as a bulwark against outside forces. The member nations empowered the Realm to raise a collective Realm army, declare war and come to the common defense of the member states, adjudicate disputes between the member nations, conduct international diplomacy, and hold and control artifacts, spells, and relics of great power.
The capital of the Realm is the Holy City, which is the only territory the Realm holds in its name.
