Khazarburg

The majority of the orthodoxy'sopulation is concentrated in the capital city, Khazarburg. This sprawling city covers a truly massive area, matching that of a county in Blansys divided into 13 districts, which each covers the area of a large city. Movement in and out of the city, as well as between districts is strictly regulated; only the agents of the Orthodoxy can move freely.

• At the heart of the city, the Orthodox’s Basilica of the Scales reaches high into the skies atop the holy mountain. Only the highest rank officials are allowed full access to the hallowed halls of the greatest temple in the entire world (probably)... Members of the church can go their entire lives without gaining access to all of the seemingly endless innermost chambers and towers.
• Actually, the Basilica is an impossibly convoluted demiplane that defies the laws of physics. It is being powered by the comatose Astral they keep around.
