Fafnir
Fafnir is a Pseudodragon that was found on Verdant Isle by Kezahr and Dharra Boulderfoot during their first visit to the island looking for Devlin Helmbreaker. They made an effort to befriend Fafnir and he eventually agreed to accompany them to keep them safe on the island.
Fafnir particularly took a liking to Kezahr, maybe because Pseudodragons seem to have an affinity with Wizards. And perhaps Fafnir sensed some sadness in her as Kezahr's previous summoned familiar (a Raven) had been killed during a Peryton attack on the shores of the island. Since then Fafnir has been a staunch protector of Kezahr and has served faithfully as her familiar.
