Session 9, The High Sea

General Summary

In our last session, our characters borded the dauntless Light of Kradul, a modest sized ship that was to bring them to Bayhold. Having refused the queen's offer of free transport if they were to take of something for her, they elected to work on the ship to pay their way to the city. On the boat, the group met a rather adventurous sea elf by the name of Alaric. With their help, they learned the ways of the ship, encountered a legendary Suraldain, and helped repel an attack by rogue Sahuagin. As they dispatched the threat one of the fish folk gurgled out:

C'chalak has his eyes on you...

We pick up now on the following day, a light fog hangs on the sea, and a massive blue storm circles overhead as they enter one of the twin bays. A sizeable blockade of Skjollir boats stands between them and their goals in the Port of Pleasure.
