Alyse Carl is the captain for the vessel, The Spearhead. She is a somewhat new captain. She recently came in possesion of 2 basilisk eggs, which she is having a hard time selling, as possesion of the eggs is illegal. However, they are worth a good amount of coin if she were able to sell them.
