Ayutta

You see three massive rocky hills reaching up into the sky, surrounded all around by a lake. The capital city of Ayutta is a tall city, at least three to four times the size of Phan Tal . Built upon these massive hills, there is a gentle descent into the valley leading to the massive bridges up to the city.   All along these huge stone bridges are the statues that regularly decorate the towns and cities in Saileud, featuring the three mother goddesses. At the gates are some guards in green and brown capes, checking on the carts and caravans that come through.   Within each hill is an internal city, carved and built from the rock of the hill itself. There are bridges that lead from one hill to another, and a ramp that spirals upwards to the hilltop. Within each hill are also hanging crystals of glowing blue; Eidonite that maintains the plants within and gives light. There are large windows carved into the sides of the hill, with walkways that the city guards patrol.   There are 10 bridges that lead out of the city, but most notable is the 60ft wide stone bridge that leads out of Nuo Hill. Officially called the Bridge of Hope, it is the path the nobles and royal family takes when entering or exiting the city, locals call it the Hyvong.

Nuo Hill:

The trade and business district. Much of the guilds and magic shops are located here too.
Nisa’s Lodge: A two storey tavern, warm and built partially into the rock of the hill. Owned by Nisa, a half-elven woman with short black hair and a headband of braided cloth. Dinner is a rich, fragrant stew of vegetables and river fish, and a helping of rice. There’s also a nice hot tea, which is oddly savoury but very tasty.
The Golden Makara: A magic shop owned by Marabar, a half-orc man with salt & pepper hair, murky green eyes and skin, he’s a craftsman working in the Capital City of Ayutta. His assistant is a half-elven man called Umar, he’s a little awkward, but he’s trying his best. Umar has tanned skin and hazel eyes, and a floof of wavy brown hair.
Masha’s Apothecary: Masha is a red scaled dragonborn, rather lean and with dark scaled hair. She wears simple robes and an apron, and she ties her long sleeves back. Her shop is a modest place, and she’s thinking of turning it into a franchise.
The Iron’s Ore A blacksmith run by a really buff halfling called Kazric, he’s assisted by his brother Korren. Both have curly red-brown hair and brown eyes and freckles. They can make +1 armor.
The Hearth of the Mothers The temple of the Mothers of Saileud. A large building of white and grey stone, in the centre of the main chamber is a burning hearth, surrounded by 3 statues of the Mothers resting by the fire.
The Grindstone General Store It’s a general store owned by Wranfir Khopanya, an elf with freckled warm brown skin and bright hazel eyes. His hair is a sandy brown and he has a wide smile, and a gap between the front teeth.
Al’s Tomes and Parchments Run by a human man named Al Andalo, a portly short man with curly brown hair and dark eyes. He’s got a big bulbous nose and the whitest teeth you’ve ever seen.
Mahina’s Potionary Run by a gnome named Mahina, a small dark skinned lady with a wooden hand. She used to be an adventurer but settled down once she got married. Her husband is named Analu.
Eateries:
The Emerald Peacock - a pretty fancy restaurant, they make a whole array of curries and preserves
The Old Town Road - a grill place, they literally sell satay and kebabs.
The Queen’s Court Restaurant - another fancy place, selling mostly Johin cuisine.

Trai Hill:

The lowest hill, where the boats that come up the river come to dock. The river is very deep, so even fully loaded longships can sail in and dock. More of the poorer folk live around here.
This is actually where most of the farming takes place, underground and within the hill, on 2 interior levels. The hilltop has some of the city’s schools, as well as its own marketplace.
The Watering Hole The marketplace on Trai hill. So named because there is an actual watering hole carved into part of the rock on one corner of the marketplace. It’s a pretty pond, with koi swimming in the lowest pool and a series of 3 waterfalls coming down from the rocks. There is a magic stone embedded there to constantly cast Create Water.
Song Li’s Books and Scrolls: A stone and wood building on the junction of two streets. Song Li is the old man who owns the shop, but it’s being run by his daughter Tai and her husband Navin. Sells mostly ink and paper.
Mahdeeya’s Grocery: General store, sells an assortment of fresh produce too. There’s a dried goods section at the back corner, and Mahdeeya will help you grind up the spices you bought at just 1cp. Miss Mahddy, as the local children call her, is a sweet Vassa woman with her hair bunned up and jasmine flowers tucked into the side. She almost always wears blue.
Eateries: Uncle Sakeen’s - a restaurant that specialises in roast chicken, they also have a really tasty broth and chilli.
The Painted Willow - a seafood restaurant that is partly situated under a massive willow tree.
The Perfect Pepper Pot - mala. I’m not kidding, it’s just mala.

Sao Hill:

The wealthy district, where the palace is.
There is an Elyrian Embassy here, where representatives from all over Elyria work and meet. The embassy is a building in a very Saileud style, gold leafed decor and carvings on the doors and windows, as well as decorating the wall panels.
There are various rooms for all the Kingdoms and Territories, as well as a larger meeting room where they all meet up.
  Ambassadors:
Hwt-ka-Ptah: Neferu Ta’el (elven man, tanned skin and gold eyes, his hair is jet black and braided close to the skull.)
Ile-Ile: Enitan (tiefling, genderfluid, dark maroon skin and a shock of orange hair)
Alo: Tayanita (human woman, deep brown wavy hair and grey eyes.)
Lievona: Miraquinn Olineaux (elven man, pale skin and platinum blonde hair, eyes like the sky)
Rikhross: Kathria Ironspark (Dwarf woman, fiery red hair with streaks of blonde, a silver circlet braided into her hair. Eyes of red-brown and a sparse beard.)
Echaea: Pasiphae (gnome woman, getting on in her years, golden hair and green eyes)
Yana Inti: Orruk (Half-orc man, greyish skin and bright green eyes. Hair braided and tied back with bone beads)
Cyrene: Magda Petrides (half-elven woman, curly blonde hair and violet eyes, slightly plump and always smiling)

The Athenion There’s a white marble building here, with people in white, black and grey robes guarding the doors, they wear a pin on their chest of an open book with an 8 pointed star. It’s not anywhere near as large as the Athenion in Cyrene , but it’s a library and a base of operations for The Tytonids all the way here.
