Keob (kee-ob)

The armour of the The Ibara. Made of a specially treated and very compact type of paper which provides equivalent protection as scale armour, without the disadvantage of noisiness.
The exact manufacturing process is a well guarded secret by Keob armourers in the Johin, who are called Keobi. A master Keobi can also enchant the armour with resistances to various types of energy, or add charges of spells into the armour. Though this is time consuming and very expensive.
This armour can also be dyed various colours, though this is usually reserved for the ranks of the Ibara.
