Seiru

Elyria's only other purely dragonborn city. It’s built on a single island, which was named after the little dragonborn town that started here. Now Seiru is a metropolis, well known for its stunning architecture and incredible flying boats.
Seiru's allegiance lies with The Johin kingdom, but do not mistake their compliance with cowardice.
