Ixtarr (IHX-tar) is the god of Anarchy, Lies, Murder, and Strife.

Relationships

Ixtarr is the whipping boy of the gods. No one likes him, though most of the gods cannot be bothered to attack him. Only Breana and Naheia take a real interest in attacking him as Breana sees murder as an abhorrent perversion of her unfortunate duty and Naheia is the sworn defender of victims, something that Ixtarr and his followers create scores of. The good gods are content to let Breana and Naheia fight him for them, and will only attack him directly if they have to.

Appearance

Ixtarr maintains his appearance from life. He appears as a pit-born tiefling, with bluish-tan skin, black hair, and yellow serpent’s eyes. He wears black leather armor over dark olive clothes.

Church of Ixtarr

As the god of murder, most of Ixtarr’s followers are murderers, sadists, and other dregs of society. But Ixtarr is also the god of anarchy and strife, so he becomes an appealing option for those who rebel from society.

Clergy

Ixtarr’s clergy is highly unorganized as any attempt at creating an organized place of worship is quickly ended by another church. Clerics of Ixtarr often masquerade as priests of other faiths, especially Rhuxaros, Devona, and Breana.

Blackguards of Ixtarr are quintessential black knights, causing mayhem and sowing chaos wherever they roam.

Temples and Shrines

There are no dedicated temples to Ixtarr nor are shrines allowed anywhere. The closest thing to an organized gathering of followers of Ixtarr would resemble a cult meeting.
