Voenar (voe-NAWR) is the god of Shadows, Spies, and Thievery.

Relationships

Voenar is fairly reclusive amongst the gods, though he tries to stay on Selena’s good side as she is the more benign god of night. Despite his reclusive nature, he is often at odds with both Breana and Naheia, for obvious reasons.

Appearance

Voenar appears as he did as a mortal. He appears as an atlantean male with dark copper hair, indigo eyes, and pale skin. He typically wears black leather armor over a black coat with a dark turquoise trim.

Church of Voenar

As the god of intrigue, shadows, and thievery, most of Voenar’s followers are roguish types, be they criminal or not. However, he is also popular among beggars, as they often act as eyes and ears for others of higher standing. Additionally, many spies of other faiths offer him prayers to help them in their missions.

Clergy

Voenar does not have a traditional clergy, as he sees spying and stealing as ways to venerate him. However, he does grant spells to a handful of clerics, though they are often trained in shadowy ways too. Because of this, there is no typical attire for his clergy, they typically wear rogue leathers.

Temples and Shrines

Voenar does not demand organized worship, thus he has no formal temples. That being said, most thieves’ guilds will have a shrine dedicated to him and tended by one of his few clerics.
