House of Luthyra

The House of Luthyra is one of the oldest houses in the Empire. It was formed Pre-Unity. Their crest is a silver crossed sword and three stars on a field of green. Prior to the Unity it lacked the three stars.

An early member of the family was Rollo Luthyra, who served as the leader of the Empirical Armies during The Unity Period and was the right hand person to Loras Hamonet. Rollo died on the fields of Ilythyra at the end of The Unity.

The symbols of the house besides the crest are the dragonfly and the pomegranate.

The current living members of the house are addressed as Duke or Duchess and include Leomer Luthyra, Petronelle Luthyra, and Elora Luthyra. All members of the house are of full elven blood and it seems that they usually marry elven as well.

Currently, Leomer oversees matters in Lorisen while his sisters tend to matters in Arnsholdi.
