The Blackwood Rangers

The Blackwood Rangers are an elite corps of rangers who patrol the Blackwood, dealing with threats from within and keeping those who would harm the forest out. They are experts at survival, fierce warriors, and seasoned explorers; some even venturing outside of the Great Planescape Basin on scouting expeditions.

Structure

The Blackwood Rangers work largely independent of one another, hunting and patrolling alone or in pairs of two. The head of the organization is the Chief of the Blackwood Rangers, and she may issue commands for gatherings of rangers in case a threat is too large for a single agent. A number of druid circles also work as rangers, under the command of the Chief.
