Alsonan Magical Primer

The Alsonan Magical Primer was written by the Bamardian mage, Jason Pollard. As the founder of Alsona’s only wizarding exclusive college in the town of Asimi, Pollard has many insights into the workings of magic and how to begin. The Primer actually includes several basic spells for a wizard to acquire through dedicated study and reading of the text. The book also cautions wizards to be careful with the practice of magic and to avoid travel to the Civilized Lands. Pollard states that he had been exiled for his study of magic, and that all Alsonan mages should be well versed in means of disguise and subterfuge to cover their tracks from those who would hunt them.
