Bholes Fullbelt is a dwarf born to the halls of Valtkos Kiralyno. He grew up content and happy with his life in the nation, and was quick to follow the affairs of the different regiments. He was mostly obsessed with his father's regiment, the Proud Fist Brigade. As soon as he was old enough, he enlisted in the regiment, and began his education and training. Bholes was a competent warrior, but he was disappointed to discover that his true aptitude was in management and bookkeeping. He was placed in the administrative arm of the Proud Fists, becoming a quartermaster. Although he was living out his dream serving alongside his father and older siblings, it was not quite as he had envisioned it.
In 813, the Great War began and the Proud Fists were called up with the rest of the regiments to serve the Jakonian Empire. They were sent north to join the Recfrere front, being sent overland through the Badlands to reinforce the imperial army. Along the way, the supply train was constantly attacked, and Bholes got his first taste of open combat. By the time his regiment reached the front line, nearly a third had been left dead or wounded along the way, including two of Bholes' brothers. The dwarf regiment continued to serve in the war, but was left behind in Waycross to act as a garrison against raiders and orcs. In 820, they were called back up to the front line, and in the Battle of Waywatch, the Proud Fists were destroyed by charging Recfrere cavalry. The regiment was overwhelmed and annihilated, with fewer than two dozen survivors, who were captured by the Recfrerians. Bholes lost the rest of his brothers and father, and spent nearly four years in a Recfrere prison before being released.
When he returned to Kiralyno, Bholes was understandably devastated, being the last of his family line, as his mother had died a decade earlier. He found work as a trade administrator in Atkeles, where he threw himself into his work. His talents were constantly noticed, dramatically improving the processes of every employer he worked for, whether dwarven or human. His efforts drew the attention of the royal family, and in 988, he was called upon to be the Executor of the Treasury. This position, one of the most prestigious in the kingdom, is at the direct service of the current Queen, providing advice and management for the budget. He has continued to labor tireless, working all but the few hours he chooses for sleep.
