Campbell Jackson is the younger of Emperor Allen's two adult male children. During his childhood he had little interest in affairs of state, and was incredibly playful and rambunctious, constantly avoiding school work to wander around. It was his adventurous spirit that eventually led to the death of his younger sister, who followed him and ultimately was killed in an untimely accident in the stables. Following that moment, Campbell became more somber, and even as a young teenager, he embraced liquor and the peace it gave him. He continued to avoid responsibility until threatened by his father to shape up. In 1035 AF, he agreed to become the new Overseer of Pinellas, hoping to escape from the bad memories of the Imperial City. He continues to drink heavily, and lets the prison manage itself, while pocketing what he can to finance his drinking habit.
