The book recommends small buildings dug into the ground to avoid the worst attacks and possibly escape actual notice. It also states the different types of giants; fire, stone, and hill, that are present in western Alsona. The book provides a number of useful hints and ideas for camouflaging oneself while traveling in the wilderness to escape crushing or enslavement by these fearsome creatures.
