San Vincento Bay

The San Vincento Bay is where the Apalachicola River empties into the Circle Sea. Isolated from the rest of the sea by a series of islands, the bay is accessible only through a single narrow strait. The strait is well marked by local navigators, but it is also overlooked by the Bayguard Keep, a massive citadel staffed by the Department of the Navy. Armed with advanced siege weapons, this fortification prevents misuse by other nations or traders without paying appropriate taxation to the people of Forard.
