Summer Camp 2024 Prep

Week 1:

Assignment 1: Consider what kind of changes would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

In my world in general, right now there are actually some changes happening politically. And they are more than what the main characters are ready for lmao.

Assignment 2: Decide how many prompts you'll go for during Summer Camp

Rest of the assignments will be worked on throughout the month when I have spoons lol

Week 2:

Assignment 1: Consider what kinds of refuge would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

I think overall some refuges I can think of are like...I know for Inarora a refuge for her would be her house, though that sorta gets taken away in the second book because of their cousin, so her refuge becomes like Kaedan's room or her friends' houses. A common refuge though is the schools because in my world, the schools aren't absolute shit like IRL. Well, at least in End'oria and similar countries. Others would be like, the Torobi Mountains is a common refuge.

Assignment 2: Find a community—whether that’s our Discord server, Facebook Group, your RPG or friend group, or something else.

Already have communities lol.

Week 3:

Assignment 1: Consider what kind of beliefs would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

There are religious beliefs, including newer versions of Christianity that mingled with native Enarian religions. Naturally, there are also beliefs about magic (such as what should be regulated, what shouldn't be, what types of magic are taboo). There aren't really supernatural beliefs outside of religion though because a lot of native Enarian cultures are united in the idea of the existence of souls, ghosts, etc. So they don't consider those to be beliefs, per se. Supernatural creatures like dragons DID exist, and so did creatures like mothman and such but they've long been since exinct.

Assignment 2: Create a bank of inspirations! Quotes, music, description of experiences and shower thoughts, etc.

Eh, I already have this in a way but scattered about.
