Woyên
In appearance they look totally similar to Human, following the same diet and reproductive system. However, due to the higher amount of Mana in their bodies, they tend to present more variation in appearance.
Genetically extremely close to humans, Woyên are proud people and feared by the majority of other species. Their natural affinity with Mana makes them all the more formidable as they have also inherited the impulsiveness of their common ancestor. The fear engendered in others is only the fruit of their imperial period, during which the world learned how formidable they could be. In some, this fear has engendered deep respect, while in others, it feeds their resentment.
Because of this history, Woyên are divided into two major parts: the first, full of themselves, defend their superiority by resorting to violence if necessary; the second recognizes the Imperial period as a dark part of their history and wishes to repent of it, these ones wish nothing more than to be living beings like anyone else.
Their name seemingly comes from an extremely popular saying, “Safe and great are those who think first.”
