Church of the Nine Hells

The Church of the Nine Hells is centered in Aeris, and led by the Mekhi family. Their worship focuses on Asmodeus, but other notable Archdevils are also observed. The church prides themselves on soul worship, believing that it is every individuals duty to prepare themselves to serve in the Blood War after they pass on. As such, the murder of children is strictly condemned, but conflict between adults, such as duels or wars, is permissible. The current headpriestess is a middle-aged tielfing named Piety.

Public Agenda

The Church hosts a related orphanage, with the intent to spread their faith. This orphanage is primarily funded by the Mekhi family, but they do accept donations. They seek to change the public's view on tieflings.

History

The church was originally founded by the first of the Mekhi family, Maat Kheru.
