Gavin Magnus

Archmage Gavin Magnus (a.k.a. Archmage Eternal)

The leader of the Arcane Order and its original founder after the defeat of the Bracaduun Empire.  When the Silence occurred, he personally constructed the city of Celeste to defend against the inevitable reprisal from the common people.  Slain while shepherding displaced wizards to safety, he revived shortly after with the knowledge of how this occurred erased from his mind.  He has lived the 1100 years since then trying to educate any who would seek knowledge.
