The Life and Death of Harenland Wheatsfield of Fleuvevory, detailing his journey to becoming their revered revolutionary leader. The Legend of Sir Haren is one of the favored tales of Harenland.
For Humankind, this era is defined by the over nine hundred year rule of the Leriti Family as Emperor of Hinsor and the unification of Humankind under the banner of the Hinsor Empire. This is the first era to follow the Hinsoran Calendar.

The publication of Sir Haren's political pamphlet The Rights of Working Men under the alias of Scholar Renworth. Among his many inflammatory statements was an argument to abolish the feudal system and give land-owning rights to all farmers for the land they worked.
A decree for arrest is issued by General Daeller on behalf of the Emperor of Hinsor, Leriti Sulrodi, for Sir Haren's alias Scholar Renworth on multiple charges--including treason and conspiracy against the crown.
Facing charges of treason, Sir Haren defected from his post at Fort Loscin to go into hiding. Many people traveled with him, believing in his cause, including his wife, Auma of Rensk, and fellow Knight and friend Sir Ardran Enth'er.
Sir Haren and his associates begin constructing Fort Martelion in the Nyimrak Mountains to serve as a base of operations.
Sir Haren and Sir Ardran Enth'er found The Farmers' Militia, an armed rebellion movement dedicated to overthrowing the Hinsor Empire and abolishing the feudal system. At its founding, the Farmers' Militia comprised primarily of former Knights of Yaosing from Fort Loscin.
The first conflict between The Farmers' Militia and the Knights of Yaosing loyal to the Hinsor Empire, the Brotherhood of Unity. Knights in pursuit of Sir Haren and his fellow defectors fell prey to an archers' ambush by the Militia while bottle-necked in Melkin's Pass. This battle is considered by historians to be the official beginning of The Farmers' Revolt.
All known Brotherhood of Unity Knights among The Farmers' Militia were disavowed from the Order by General Daeller--acting as the head of the Brotherhood--following the Battle of Melkin's Pass, as they had turned their blades on their bloodbrothers.
The Wandering Mage Vorold parleyed his way into Fort Martelion and after two long days of discussion with Sir Haren and Sir Ardran Enth'er, he decided to formally align himself with The Farmers' Militia, becoming the first Mage to do so.
As their first excursion--and Sir Haren's first solo command--The Farmers' Militia laid siege to the nearby mining town of Broret, overwhelming the town's defenses and capturing the all Brotherhood of Unity guards on site in just under 5 hours with no casualties.
The Farmers' Regulars began as a secondary unit of untrained volunteers--primarily from Broret--which served both as back-up for those of The Farmers' Militia trained as Knights of Yaosing and as a training program.
Sir Haren was declared an "enemy of the throne" by General Daeller on behalf of Leriti Sulrodi, authorizing Sir Haren's capture--dead or alive--by anyone in the Hinsor Empire with a Citizen's Query License. The Farmers' Militia were relegated to a "band of misfit rebels" although they were still wanted for conspiracy to commit treason.
The First Ford was an incredibly ambitious attempt by The Farmers' Militia to take--and hold--the entire length of the Surama River as a defensive border into the eastern farming half of the Hinsor Empire. Which included cutting over the major tradeway Toren's Road supplying Signe. In total, The First Ford included 9 battles: the Capture of Egny, the March to Cheman, the Battle of Toren's Road, the Commandeering of Cathaer's Watch and the Second Battle for Cathaer's Watch, the Surrender of Cano, the Battle for Ryoichira's Gate, the Capture of Sir Haren, and the Skirmish at Kovech's Fork.
Sir Haren has (what he believes to be) a prophetic dream about the future of the Hinsor Empire and The Farmers' Militia. In it, he sees a "perfect union" between all citizens of the realm and the state, where people work and live as equals. It was later noted by Sir Ardran Enth'er and Auma of Rensk that in all his recountings of the dream, he never once mentioned himself within them.
Cunace, one of the Farmers' Regulars from Broret is the first fatality for The Farmers' Militia. He succumbed to wounds received during the Second Battle for Cathaer's Watch due to a lack of proper healing regents and corrupted water.
The 924 War Council is called by General Daeller at Castle Clayf to discuss the increasing problems of The Farmers' Militia. Among the attendees were Emperor Leriti Sulrodi, Sir Haren's former commander, Colonel Ebana, and the Grandmaster Seer. This meeting is the first recorded usage of the phrase "The Farmers' Revolt."
The Farmers' Militia attempted to take the crossroads town of Ryoichira, but were rebuffed by last minute reinforcements by the Brotherhood of Unity, forcing them to retreat. Sir Haren was badly wounded during the battle.
While fleeing the failed Battle for Ryoichira's Gate down Kovech Road back to safety, Sir Haren was cut off from The Farmers' Militia and captured by Captain Lyrufe Iesso of the Brotherhood of Unity.
Upon being returned to Castle Clayf by Captain Lyrufe Iesso, Sir Haren was given a mockery of a trial by Emperor of Hinsor Leriti Sulrodi. Attendance was mandatory for all non-land-owning residents of Castle Clayf, who were kept locked within the castle bailey until the trial proceedings were completed each day. On the second day, Sir Haren was found guilty of treason, conspiring to assassinate the Emperor, desertion, and multiple counts of sedition, murder, armed assault, thievery, and many more.
In the late morning of the 9th of Jeys, Sir Haren Wheatsfield, leader of The Farmers' Militia, was executed at Castle Clayf. His execution was the single most attended event of the decade in the Hinsor Empire, despite its short notice, as non-land-owning residents of Castle Clayf and the surrounding area were required to attend and they experienced a huge turnout of land-owning nobles as well. To add insult to injury for The Farmers' Militia, Sir Haren was beheaded with his own sword, which was then kept as a trophy by General Daeller.
