Archangel
"The towns folk look up at the sky in wonder and awe. A figure descends down from the skies, clad in light armour and robes, using four grand wings on their back to float down. The people call for them, yelling ‘Champion’ and ‘Hero’."Although of origins unknown, Archangels are sky dwellers of Anglon. They descend down onto the ground at times, and are often sent down with the expectation of becoming ‘Champions of Anglon’, set to protect the people on the ground by any means. Many cultures see the skies as a holy place, and winged man as a holy person - this extends to the Archangels of Anglon. Many of faith have taken to adapting Archangels as protectors of holy will, or divine messengers sent from the skies. Archangels share the same skin and structure as Humans, although with big feathery wings. Their skin is usually tanner than most Humans, alongside usually blond or dirty blond hair. Clad in fancy silks and ornate robes, Archangels live life highly in both wealth and position. From their perch high up in the sky Archangels often miss the events on the ground below them, leading to plenty of them being out of tune with greater society or even unintentionally stuck in days past. Archangels residing on the ground are very rare, making them a sight to behold in several ways. In major cities and towns, an Archangel stepping in would be the talk of the town for many gossipers and tavern goers alike. What motivates Archangels to leave their clouded skies can be many a reason, perhaps it is basic as a sense of adventure, it may be boredom, or simply a want to see the world.

Naming Traditions
Archangels will have two names in their lifetime. Their birth name is what they use through their childhood, however once they turn into adults they will be given their Ritual name. These names most often take the name of Archangels of great renown, bestowing it upon children to hope that they may rise to the glory of those who they are named after.
After being bestowed a name, their birth name becomes greatly personal, only ever being used or shared by their closest friends and family. It is a great honour for anybody to hear an Archangel share their birth name.
