Ash and Bone

General Summary

Our heroes purchased 2 new horses, to help them get up to Layrn a little quicker and comfortably. En route, a pair of bandits attacked the heroes. The fight was a hard one, but they were able to kill the two bandits.
On the road to Layrn, there were droves of people moving South, towards West Brier. When they approached a fork in the road, they noticed that the people were not coming from Layrn, but somewhere further East. They soon reached the ruined town of Layrn, most of the town was built of stone, and all of the buildings burned down. Burned bodies were strewn about the town. A further investigation found that the majority of the town was gathered in the temple of Bahamut, and then set on fire. Digging through the bodies, they found a symbol of Tiamat. Linking the burned village to both the Dragonborn encampment, and the marauding Dragonborn who destroyed Raksis's people.
