Rikkan is the youngest by 1 minute of the two Chinchilla brothers and loves to say the NINE saved the best for last. He is the more social of the two and the life of any party. He loves to make sure those around him have a great time and always enjoy doing business with them. He is infatuated with Tika Istar and has trained to be a Swashbuckler just like her. Tika Istar finds his infatuation "cute" and has trained him in the ways of the Swashbuckler.
He is also very fond of his older brother Tamoq and will stand up to anyone who talks trash on him.
