Serenaya (Seh-reh-ny-yah)
The city of Serenaya is the homeland to the Silver Elves, a subrace of High Elves that, while secluded in this region, are more welcoming to foreigners than their Gold Elf cousins, though they still believe themselves to be slightly superior to other races, and other elves. It is ruled by the Telem’nost, a council of eight ancient elves who represent the schools of magic. They are considered the wisest of Elves and masters of their respective crafts.
