Cindelyn

Cindelyn is the last large town along the Relegrin River heading west towards The Sloakwood Nations. This near-city is the historical center for diplomacy for nearly a thousand years, and now is a center for scholarly studies, libraries, and archives. Cindelyn also has the largest papermills in the Empire, as well as an Arcane Node.
