Angels

Angels are the direct children of gods, either through copulation like mortals, or through the desire to reproduce. The angels were created as a way to keep the Githyanki in line, but eventually ended up becoming the main fighting force of the gods, The Githyanki allowed to live free or continue fighting for them. During the Eternal war, a fight against the minions of Null, some angels ended up falling in love with the humans drafted to lead them, leading to the creation of the Aasimar.
