Bloodkin Gatriel Lucien Ardien (a.k.a. Ra'zul)

A Tiefling named Ra’zul took charge of the situation after the Crimson Conflict. Leading the Tieflings onto The Frontier, he helped found the island nation of Isandri.  
In the year 1093, Bloodkin Ra'zul was giving a speech about the importance of peaceful protest and being kind to everyone, when the first shot rang out. The first bullet cracked his left rib, piercing a lung. The second bullet went through the right side of his neck, causing him to clutch at his throat. The third bullet landed right between his eyes.
