Grand Master - Lyceeum of Pendonne
The Grand Master of the Lyceeum in Pendonne wields great power and influence within Zorakin and the City of Pendonne. Within the Lyceeum the owner of the title are voted into by the master of the different houses. The Grand Master have much power to choose which way the Lyceeum shall take.
Qualifications
Being a Master of at least one scholar subject.
Requirements
Being the Master of one of the houses of The Lyceeum of Pendonne.
Appointment
After the council of the Masters of the houses have appointed a Grand Master there are a few days of transition time where the old Grand Master teaches the new Grand Master Appointee what she/he needs to know.
At dusk the transfer ceremony starts up and by dawn when the sun rises the old Grand Master put down the seal on a very old altar and leaves the room. The new Grand Master takes the seal and the speaker for the Council appoints him the new Grand Master.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
At the turn of the century the Masters of the houses vote for whom are to take the responsibilites of the Grand Master of the Lyceeum.
Any Master of a house may call for a vote of mistrust.
