The Church of fiend seeks to teach all the ways of Korock to its people.

Assets

The Church has many assets such precious metals, jewels, gems and coin. Besides this they also have a Legion of troops that take their orders from the Gore.

History

After the defeat suffered from the northern peoples, the tribes of the Hargu descended back to civil rivalry. During this time a powerful shaman named Teron Gorefiend communed with the Great Korock for guidance of how to unify the great people of Hargu. Teron was told many things about his people and what was expected of them, how they should live, conduct themselves and what to hold sacred. This information was written down onto nine large Stone tablets which became known as the teachings of the Rock.Soon after the Death of Teron the temple project he had started was finally competed. His disciples named it “Church of the Fiend” after there great leader. The next leader of the temple took the name “Gore” and this tradition continued onward. The church would go on to play a significant role with in the Hargu realm.

Divine Origins

When Teron Gorefiend communed with the Great Korock for guidance the Destroyer awsnered back telling him how to lead the people of Hargu. Teron wrote the information down onto nine large Stone tablets which became known as the teachings of the Rock.

Cosmological Views

The world is said to be for the people of Hargu to pillage and devour. it is said when the true Hargu emerges from the earth with nothing but the doom of others in his hand and the eye of the Old God. Those will know he is the true descend of Hargu as his emergences will come with the rising of the blooded moon. His name will ring out though the people, the tribes will flock to his banner as he will unify the people. With this he will set out and bring a great war to the people of Erellion destroying all in his path.

Tenets of Faith

Only the strong will rise, Only with blood of others will we grow wise. With cunning and Ruthlessness we will conquer our enemies. Remember to devour their hearts and offer their eyes, with this you will be blessed.

Worship

When praying to Korock it is custom to offer a part of your kill usually the eyes are seen to be the best offering however, tongues, ears and noses are except-able. During which you offer part of your blood in a mug of ale in which you drink and ask for Korock's favor and blessing. Korock teaches us to devour the hearts of those who are great kills so their energy can join ours and make us stronger. Another practice of the teaches of Korock is to treasure the bones or skulls of our most memorable kills and display them during war time for all to see what we have done.

Priesthood

The "Gore" is the head of the church and sits on a counsel of Elders which are the top ranking members of the church, there are eight Elders in total.This counsel makes all important decisions that take place within the church as well as any decision that effects the realm of Hargu. In order for one to rise through the ranks within the church one must be cunning and ruthless. Promotions are not given but taken in the form of secret murders of higher ranking members and taking their staff, then the staff of the other is given to a protege or member. These staff are specific of the ranking of the member.  However, if exposed serve punishment is taken against the perpetrator.

Granted Divine Powers

Korock grants his followers extreme Divine powers in the form of blessings of strength and raw power. he also grants those who follow him access to a certain list of spells that emulate his profile.

Political Influence & Intrigue

The church has much sway in the political structure within the realm of Hargu. They are able to transcend the bounders and speak with all tribal leaders, which allows them to influence the dissension making. However, the biggest influence that they have is the naming of the next Hargu during the trails of the crater. This allows them to help shape the next military leader which usually is a fellow tribe members or clan-mate.
