Clan Surfang

One of the oldest and most influential clans with in the realm. This clan's territory rests mostly on the northern border near the The Restless Rise Mountains. The clan's main camp Ushnog is a large town that has been carved in the southern face of the Mountains. This is where the chieftain hold court to the five subservient clans that follow his commands. Those clans include Grimfang, Rockblade, Earthbreaker, Tunnel Wreckers and Anvil Crackers. The Surfang clan is in a constant state of war due to the stronghold of the Dwarven Battlehammer clan that has a large city in the heart of the mountain. The Orc and Dwarfs are in a consists struggle over the tunnels within the mountain that provide accesses to the rich veins of ore.

Structure

The Head of the clan is called the Chieftain he sits on a council with the subservient clan leaders, which is know as the table of Rock. The table of Rock decides all policy that deals with the territory that they control, this might include war plans, harvest of crops, what ore to mine, who is to marry etc.

Public Agenda

Their main responsibility to the Realm is to insure a safe boarder however, their secondary duty is to take over the Restless Rise Mountains and extinguish all the dwarfs in it.

Assets

Spoils from raids on dwarven settlements and outposts. The clan also uses slaves to mine the ore within the mountain.
