Garroten

The town of Garrotten, is not known for being a good town by any standard. Most of its people are Lawful Neutral, and a number are Lawful Evil. Most of the people here worship Juranis, God of the Open Sea, Ollom, God of the Keg, Rajek, the Wanderer or Inurath, Goddess of War. The town is located in the farthest southern part of the The Encircling Spears along side Thunder lake. Its main commodities are fishing and wine, but rumors swell that a group of assassins makes their home here. There is an old saying if you want someone killed you go to Garrotten. All shops are fully stocked with common goods and shopkeepers are not wealthy and few, if any, could afford to buy even the most minor of magics from a character.

Demographics

Most of the population is human but there are a few elves, halflings and half orcs that make this small town their home.

Government

Mayor Arrness rules the land for the Winmester Family, she is the sole authority in the town.
