Harbor Boys

Overview

The harbor boys are the biggest gang in Shadowshore and probably Sasserine, they control the docks spanning from the Plucked Parrot to the Shipwrights Guildhall. They solely operate out of the plucked parrot, but can usually be see walking the dock checking for new arrivals. No one uses the docks along the southern cost of shadowshore without paying tribute to the gang.
Its is rumored that Vico Bevenin of the Amedio Trading Concern runs the gang behind close doors but this has not be fully established but would explain why the gang has no trouble with the city watch.
