Some say that he is the secret leader of the violent gang the Harbor Boys, others say its because he can keep an eye on the docks and make sure the watch does what they are suppose to. There are a lot of rumors surrounding his business the Amedio Trading Concern, in that he murdered off his business partners, that he is engaged in illegal business practices such as drug running and smuggling. However, these claim are unfounded and purely suspicion.
