The Hold of the Sea Princes

The home of the Alu'Tel'Quessir also know as aquatic elves. The massive city that lies beneath the surface is ruled by five lords called sea princes. However in the year 1164 they were assassinate by the crimson brotherhood and the Laughing Coffin Fleet , which has throw the city into chaos and civil war as several factions fight for control over the city.
