Phlegethos
Phlegethos is the full-time boatman for the river, Lethe, In Asphodel. He is not nearly as popular as his fellow boatman, Charon, But he is mainly seen by the monster races making their way through Asphodel. Unlike Charon however, He is not nearly as mysterious. He was created as a larger homunculus of sorts to operate on Lethe river, Since Charon only really wanted to be on Styx.
Nowadays, He has shops and buildings to aid people on Lethe, But it doesn't get much use as of late. He is very one-dimensional as a person, Often existing for the sole purpose of providing a service.
