The Raven Forge
The Raven Forge is the group of those that follow the Raven Queen, Beatrix Aves and serve under her direction. Members of the forge are all trained in combat from various backgrounds, the most prestigious of these being the illustrious Ravenguard. While most members of the forge create mystical tools for the Raven Queen or warlocks who have made a pact with a Hexblade, the Ravenguard are the most devoted to the Raven Queen out of all her subordinates and carry out work for her when she is not available. Beatrix was not initially much a fan of the newfound cult forming around her that later became the forge, but she gradually grew more accustomed to it, even welcoming those that now make up the Ravenguard to spend time in her castle in Castaway as they wish. Using the powers granted to her by the gods, Beatrix gave each member of the forge a raven of their own to command, that is, however, only once they swore allegiance to her and her alone. Some say she grants others the power to transform into a raven at will. Regardless, Beatrix would not forgive those that betrayed her, and as such, the Raven Forge has existed for centuries, with members only leaving when they are indisposed.
Meliora Aves spends minimal time around the forge, but the members know her well, as it is impossible to know of the queen and not the princess. She dislikes the "army" her mother has built but knows it is not much different than her network of crows. Perhaps she simply is jealous. Though after all is said and done, the forge still makes weapons and tools for Meliora. However, some of those magical items have never made their way back and are thought to be lost.
Weapons: The weapons they use are all types of martial weapons (with selective use of simple weapons). All metal in these tools is black and shimmer a deep purple in the light.
Armor and Clothing: Their armor is often either a black leather or a dark metal and depending on need, can be a combination of both. While heavy customization is available (Feathers are a common staple), the base stays relatively the same.

- I will carry out her orders to the best of my ability.
- I will help safely guide souls to Lathos.
- I will protect Lathos.
- If I forsake the blessings of the Raven Queen, I will accept any punishment.

Starter Stats:
- You start with 60gp and a bag of crystals and feathers.
- In addition to this, you start with all Hatchling benefits.
Rank Benefits:
Hatchling:
- Skill Proficiencies: Perception
- Armor: Raven Forge Armor - (Leather) with Light proficiency OR (Breastplate) with Medium proficiency OR (Chain mail) with Heavy proficiency
- Weapon: You receive a martial weapon from the forge.
Forge Member:
- Ability Proficiencies: +1 Dexterity
- Actions: Sentinel Raven - (See Warlock's Raven Queen)
- Weapon Upgrade: You gain proficiency in your selected forge weapon.
Forge Smith:
- Actions: Magical Smithing - You gain the ability to turn any simple or martial weapon into a +1 magical weapon. You can forge to a higher modifier, but it requires two of the same modifier level weapons.
- Items: You receive a black iron token. You may give this token to the Raven Queen to tell her your idea for the next Hexblade weapon. That token will be used in its forging.
Ravenguard:
- Skill Proficiencies: Deception
- Ability Proficiencies: +1 Charisma, +1 Dexterity
- Actions: Soul of the Raven - (See Warlock's Raven Queen)
- Armor: Ravenguard Armor - +2AC to Raven Forge Armor. When you transform into a raven, your AC does not change.
- Weapon Upgrade: You can either get a new martial weapon from the forge or upgrade your Hatchling weapon. If you upgrade, your weapon becomes a +2. If you get a new one, it is a +1.
