Mino
Mino is a small town in the centre of Airindôr.
Demographics
Its population is mostly made up of Halflings, although there are a few Gnomes and even the odd member of other races dotted about the settlement.
Government
There is a Mayor of the town who is elected every 6 years from local townsfolk. Every mayor has to answer to the queen if Airindôr
Industry & Trade
Mino is famous for a special kind of flatbread-based meal that has spread over all of the continent of Zaccan that is referred to as Mino's Dough. This dough is kneeded and spun into a flat disk before a sauce, usually made of locally grown tomatoes is placed on top of the doughey base. Various toppings are placed on to pf the sauce that usually includes at least one variety of cheese, vegetables and meats. The topped dough is then placed into an oven to cook.
Once ready the Mino's Dough is then cut into equal sections, the cuts resembling spokes of a wheel, before shared and eaten with either cutlery or by hand.
The further away from Mino, the more the name has become warped. "Mino's Dough" becoming "Dough of Mino" by the southern part of Airindôr and known as "Dough-Minos" in northern Lyrinthia.
Infrastructure
The town has a river running through the centre of it that owers both grain mills and saws to help process the grain and forestry that is grown in the surrounding areas.
