Cranhill -Oftsier - Largest city of Kuhlaine. Oftsier is known as the "Artist's Paradise", and is world renowned for how the city cultivates cultural advancements and interests. It is a veritable work of art of a city, with all forms of extravagant architectural designs, statues and gardens, as well as being the home of the R.I.S.E. museum which commemorates the historic actions of past heroes in service to the guild.

Castle Merit -Fort Tavrinne - Major military stronghold in western Kuhlaine. Home of the R.I.S.E. archives and political offices which oversee the guild's relations with the nations on Ourobos.

Sidran Catacombs - An utterly massive underground necropolis that belonged to an ancient empire that still is an enigma to the world due to the danger involved in trying to examine the ruins. Aside of being home to an unknown quantity of undead, this is the origin point of many of the world's Rippleghasts and Phantoms, and as such is constantly under watch by the large R.I.S.E. chapters in the nearby settlements of Dolhomme (where a major underground entrance to the catacombs resides) and Port Cazeaux (which is the closest major settlement).
