Senkori Ujisade

(a.k.a. "Shrine")

An empowered Altum male who has relatively no reason for his hostile actions towards the world, Senkori is the highest level threat to Erlyse that is entirely unknown to R.I.S.E. He operates in a shrewd, inconspicuous manner and is so extremely swift and meticulous with his machinations that he is in and out of a location he has targeted before his presence ever really draws attention. Senkori travels the world on a never ending pilgrimage with no dedicated destination, choosing to unleash chaos in his wake through silent and relatively occult means. Dressed as a priest of @Tamalarys, the servant deity of the Altum who bestows blessings to wayward travelers and war weary soldiers, his ruse allows him a great deal of freedom to continue his malicious activities without anyone suspecting him or generally even remembering his presence in cities or towns that suffer in his wake.

Powers

Senkori's abilities allow him to create a link between himself and both the ethereal and astral planes of existence, where the spirits of the deceased await passage to an afterlife, and the flow of life energies is in flux. He is then able to technically "assemble" a Phantom of his own personal design that is limited only by the available energy and spirits in the area around him. After which, he may construct a small ritual site of various natures that will alter the general demeanor and tactics the Phantom he created will exhibit when the ritual he performs at his little 'shrine' is concluded, and thus how he has earned his moniker from the hero organization. The Phantom is pulled into the realm of the living within the next six to eight hours after he concludes his instigatory ritual, giving Senkori time to leave the region without appearing connected to what follows in any way. Some of the Phantoms he creates this way can be fairly weak, but the fact that Senkori can create one to any specification of his choosing based on the available energy in the region makes it possible for him to create truly horrifying foes that very few individuals, even within R.I.S.E. can handle.
