Xibaensar

(a.k.a. "Mithril")

Xibaensar, whose name is unknown to the majority of anyone to ever come in contact with them, is a being of utmost mystery in Erlyse. A new, and rather formidable adversary to R.I.S.E., Xibaensar's origin is still under investigation, made very difficult by the impossibility of identifying them based on appearance and behavior. As a sort of armor golem, this foe doesn't match any known beings of the world and has been classified under the realm of Phantom until more is known about them. Instead of being hollow like a possessed suit of armor, Xibaensar is a solid chunk of exceptionally durable and polished metal akin to chrome or mithril (thus its name) that is mystically able to move as it it were human. To make matters worse, "Mithril" is capable of spawning lesser versions of itself from its body in a torrent of liquid metal, which work like an army of minions. Each exhibit quirks and personalities of their own, but are more traditional 'walking armor' than their creator and while far less dangerous than Xibaensar themselves, are still dangerous threats to non-empowered individuals.
