Hugh

Hugh, also known as Huge and Hugeleikr, is a Hugleikr of tremendous size that resides in Srenluna. Hugh is one of Rena's top enforcers within The Dragon's Court, only reporting directly to, and taking commands from, her.
Hugh stands at over 3m tall, towering over the other residents of Srenluna, and appears to be capable of immense feats of physical strength. He speaks in harsh, blunt tones with few words, avoiding attempts to socialise with him in most situations unless necessary. His distinctive red jacket, fashioned with similar colours to The Dragon, makes him a distinctive and common sight in the Industrial and the General Populace District, though most residents keep a wide berth of him due to both his size and race alone. It's easy to understand why, too - I once observed him lifting several sheets of ruined metal that were the size of a Dwarf at once with his bare hands, in order to access the back alley behind it.
There are many legends regarding the sheer tenacity of Hugh. While most of the time he is able to enact the orders of The Dragon with brutal efficiency, there are tales in which a target has either been able to temporarily escape him, or subdue the Hugleikr long enough to attempt an escape. In almost every case, Hugh has allegedly shown an incredible single-track mind, solely focused on eliminating his target above all else. Walls have been toppled and bystanders injured when such a pursuit occurs, indiscriminately, until his objective has been achieved. There is only one known case of an individual successfully surviving an attack by Hugh, in which they eluded the beast until The Dragon personally rescinded her order. It's believed that he only answers to her because of this.
