Grand Melee at Nuzi
Nuzi Grand Melee Rules:
Divided into 2 Teams: Nuzi Maryannu, and Challengers.
Anyone knocked off their chariot in the first charge is immediately disqualified.
Elimination order will determine initial ranking for the Joust.
Anyone who reaches 50% of their hit point maximum is eliminated from the Melee.
An opponent who is Prone may be forced to concede.
Anyone who attacks a Prone opponent will be disqualified.
Anyone who attacks an opponents horse, or seeks to maim the opponents horses will be disqualified.
Anyone may lay down arms and voluntarily eliminate themselves from the contest.
Magic Spells which create an area effect are not allowed During Melee
Magic Items allowed during Melee, except healing items.
No healing potions until after Melee.
Victory goes to the team with the last charioteer still in the contest.
