Glithiur

Glithiur is an ancient half-dragon paladin, Suzerain of the Monastery of the Purple Horn . He claims to be the son of Tethilitha and an unknown humanoid, and the grandson of the great wyrm @Aleithilithos, thane of Saridor.
Glithiur's smile beams from his eyes that are rosy purple. His scales look like liquid amethyst and he has a line of psionic floating scales/crystals that run down his spine. He likes to wrap his wings around him when he sits leaving only his head out of the cocoon.
At the festival, he levitates one person at a time from the crowds to stand before him. He is very kind and offers each a trade: either the story of their trip to the convocation—for which he gives them a magic scale that levitates two inches off any surface—or, if he is really impressed with them, he offers them a Talisman of Memories. This talisman is an amethyst crystal two inches tall that he claims contains all of their memories. and can help them remember things. In order to create the talisman he psionically draws all their memories into the crystal and shapes it to be a standing caricature of the person. As he creates the talisman he also gets to keep a copy of the memories.  He does not divulge anyone's memories to another person, he only uses them for his own amusement and council.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Glithiur is a purple half-dragon .  He stands as a humanoid but has the head, face, hands, and feet of a dragon .  He has shiny purple gem-like scales over his entire body.  The most striking thing about him is his large purple leather wings that stretch to a wingspan of over fifteen feet when extended.  Normally they are kept folded up on his back, hovering above his head and dangling down by his ankles. On his chin are several tufts of white hair and running down the back of his head and down his back is a mane of purple hair.  Floating above the purple hair is a line of numerous small amethysts that slowly spin and dance, catching the light and your imagination.
He wears a fabulous outfit of metals, leathers, cloths, gems, and scales that form a magnificent and handsome ensemble.
