Gurpa

Gurpa  is the Master Cordon of Elements at the Monastery of the Purple Horn. She is minotaur druid.
Gurpa  understands the common tongue but does not speak it well, and her voice comes out rough and animalistic.  She prefers to nod and gesture and teaches by demonstration.  Her specialty is psionic control of elements, but she is very strict about maintaining control and balance.
During the Festival of Convocation Gurpa  will spend most of her time enforcing the rules.  Her intimidating presence is enough to dissuade most troublemakers to back down, but if that is ever not enough she tends to put people in stone cages that spring from the ground while the crime is investigated.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

She is a deep blue minotaur that stands seven and a half feet tall.  She wears a white and blue robe gilded with intricate filigree on the borders shoulders and neckline.  Her head jewelry matches the gold work on her robe hanging from her ears and climbing across her forehead and highlighting her horns.  Her face is set in a determined and intimidating stillness, but her small eyes show elude to a heart of curiosity and friendliness.
