All that Glitters

A commission based jewelry store in the Craftsmen District that also sells spell-quality jewels on the side. While their main business is the creation of custom jewelry, they also keep a selection of jeweled items that can be used for spells (ex:goblets for the Hero's Feast spell). They have apprentices make these items as practice, using gems that are are of sufficient quality for spells but have a defect that makes then less desirable for jewelry, such as an odd shape or a less desirable color.
