Ningal

Ningal is a town located in Tucalyos. This town is the East edge of Sun Woods.

The small river runs through the centre of the town, that is surrounded by a spiked wooden fence. The market place is close to the gate at the North-East end of the town.

Eldath is said to have put The Peaceful Pond inside the Sun Woods - her hopes was to ease the unsettle natural/aura of Aghast Han. The Druids Litter wish to better the world by raising children to live within and beside nature, not destroy any of it. The Morning Lord is said to have been seen in Sun Woods. Only a small sector of his followers are in Ningal.

The Odeum of Dancing Lights

A two-storey half-timbered theatre. A mage is known to control the lighting effects.

The Harlequin's Chalice

Owning Organization = Druids' Litter
A shabby Druidic style two-storey timber building, decorated with wards against ghosts and Vampires. Made with nature inside as well as out. It has a heather-thatched roof and a slabs of stone floor. Accomodation consist of a mezzanine with several wooden cots.
Innkeeper = Harry Cote - Male Human Druid, Neutral. Harry has a round face, with thick golden hair and bright hazel blue eyes.
Bartender = a heavyset male Lizardfolk named Yerd. He is a retired assassin, and keeps a pair of sharp daggers at his belt.

Zumo: Female Dwarves Crafter, Neutral. Zumo is exceptionally beautiful, with curly auburn hair and sea foam grey eyes. She wears sturdy clothing and carries a long knife. Zumo is impossibly lucky.

Palquil: Female Silver Dragonborn, Neutral. Palquil has long tail and green eyes. She wears elegant garments, a precious black pearl necklace and numerous rings. Palquil is disorganized and sarcastic.

The Winery

Owner = Yista - Female Human Wineseller, Neutral. Yista is rugged in appearance, with thick brown hair and light hazel eyes. She wears homemade clothing, artistic makeup and carries an elm staff. Its hard to picture Yista as an adventurer, but she owns more weapons than most knights of the royal guard.

Government

Ningal is governed by a senate of elected representatives, led by a male naga named Elachi - cousin to the Emporer.
The representatives are followers of 3 different 'religions' - The Morning Lord Lathander/Amaunator, Eldath (The Goddess of Singing Waters) and the Druids' Litter which mostly work in harmony.
